Moto G51 5G Launched in India: Price and Specifications

Motorola has also launched its Moto G51 5G in India on Friday. The Motorola G51 will join the recently released Moto G31 and will come under the Moto G series of products from Motorola.
The Moto G51 5G is one of the many devices that Motorola expects to launch in different markets and slots in above the Moto G31. The Moto G51 5G is also the first smartphone in the United States to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon, 480+ processor by Qualcomm. The chipset will allow the Motorola G51 to support 5G at a reasonable price and will be able to support 12 5G bands across the world.

The Moto G51 5G is now available in a single 4GB+64GB model and has an initial sticker price of just Rs 14,999. Moto G51 via Flipkart, and it is expected to be offered along with other deals on the online retailer.

This Smartphone has a 6.8-inch FHD+ screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. Moto G51 phone has a 13-megapixel (f/2.2) camera in the form of a hole punched out on the top. Moto G51 sports a triple camera configuration on the rear, with 50 megapixels (f/1.8) primary camera sensor. An 8MP (f/2.2) Ultra-wide-format camera and a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor along with the flash LED.

Under the hood, the Moto G51 5G comes with the Snapdragon 480+ chip by Qualcomm. The chipset is 5G-capable and allows the Motorola G51 to have 12 5G bands across the globe. The processor is equipped with the Kyro 460 CPU and Kyro 619 GPU. The device is paired with the processor using 4GB RAM, and the internal memory is 64GB. Can expand the storage through microSD cards. The G51 draws energy from a battery of 5,000mAh and can charge quickly at 20W. Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA 4G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, GLONASS, NFC, and USB Type-C charging.

Moto G51 5G is a traditional Motorola style and is available in two colors – Indigo blue and Bright Silver. The G51 5G Smartphone comes with new features like IP 52 certification, a 3.5mm audio connector, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor to ensure security, bottom-firing speakers, and two microphones. Motorola will be shipping the phone with Android 11 out of the box. The company promises upgrades to Android 12 and two years of support for the software. Motorola is also announcing ThinkShield for mobile security for Motorola G51 5G.
