Nothing Phone 1 gets a lot of Complaints, Users are Getting ‘bad’ Phones

Nothing Phone 1 has been launched recently. Many users have reported problems in the build quality of the phone. Users have shared the photo of the unit received on the microblogging platform Twitter, in which this problem can be seen. Users have found dust inside the transparent back panel. At the same time, problems have also been seen in the alignment of the LED lights and wires given in the back panel. At the same time, some users have shared a picture of the side frame of the phone, in which scratches can be seen.

In the past too, many users had reported a green tint in the display of Nothing Phone 1. At the same time, some users have also complained of a black dot with a punch-hole. Users are also facing problems in getting the device replaced after receiving a bad unit.

A user named Arpit, while sharing the picture of the replaced unit in his tweet, wrote that ‘I think, it will also have to be replaced.’ The user had already got the device replaced due to the build quality of the phone. In the replaced unit too, the user has seen some scratches in the front panel given with the power button.

A Nothing Phone user has shared a picture of the back panel of the phone in his tweet and said that the alignment of the LED in the back of the phone is not correct. The user is also facing a problem in getting the phone replaced. On selecting the option of return and replace on Flipkart, the error message is received.

Defective units Getting Received

At the same time, a Twitter user named @therational_pi was found to have a defective nothing phone, after which he got a damaged device again after getting it replaced. After getting reports like the build quality, and display tint of the phone by many users, it can be said that there are many quality problems in the first phone of Carl Pei’s company. However, no statement has been issued by Nothing about the defective device being received by the users.

It can be purchased exclusively from the e-commerce website Flipkart. The phone works on Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ processor. A Unique LED lighting feature is available on the back of the phone. Also, a transparent design has been given in its back panel.
