PUBG New State came out for Android players early on Thursday. The game was expected to be launched at 9:15 am and then instantly downloaded to those registered for it. However, many players could not play due to issues with the server. This early in the morning, it began having an error that said”unable for connection to server’. The problem was discovered in the hands of India Today Tech and acknowledged by Krafton later. The launch was delayed by about two hours. The game is now available for download and play.

PUBG New State is a futuristic battle royale title that takes place in 2051. In contrast to the original PUBG game, New State is only mobile and can’t be played on PCs or consoles. New State has been rolled out in several countries and includes India. Although Krafton has launched Battlegrounds Mobile India (more or than or PUBG but with a different name), many eagerly awaited PUBG New State.

A few gamers have also complained about the server problem on Twitter. They are unable to navigate past the screen that states it is awaiting an update. Krafton has admitted a real issue with its servers, and the game was delayed by about an hour.

“Hello, Survivors! Due to the current server issues, we’ve decided to delay the game’s official launch by 2 hours until 06:30 (UTC). We’re sorry to anyone who has been inconvenienced. We invite you to visit this website to find more information,” the tweet from PUBG New State’s official Twitter handle stated.

However, Krafton should have been more cautious and ensured that gamers weren’t having any issues playing.

For those who have still waiting in the process of downloading PUBG New State, the game’s file size weighs 1.71 1 GB. The game is now available for download through the Google Play Store. Krafton has confirmed that the game’s gunplay and mechanics will be the same as the PC version.

PUBG New State has been confirmed to include a brand new map, namely Troi. The map will consist of some of the traditional Erangel greens and more detailed urban settings, including larger structures and shopping malls. There will also be new vehicles and weapons within the game.
